THE TOEFL LISTENING STRATEGIES EXPERIENCED BY NURSING STUDENTS OF POLTEKES BANTEN

AbstractThis study was executed to identify the strategies that students encountered when taking TOEFL, particularly in listening section. The descriptive qualitative technique used study. It interview as a data collecting instrument. research subjects were seventh grade of Nursing POLTEKES Banten. following examine data: collecting, display, reduction, and conclusion drafting. This included 25 semester Study Program who chosen using random sample approaches. According findings this study, it indicated their test concentrating, comprehend instruction, having good time management, predicting questions, focusing on keywords assigned supportive environment.
